Kegging the Pumpkin Spice

I kegged the Pumpkin Spice on Monday. Everything went fine. I ended up with 12 bottles and just shy of 5 gallons. The aroma is great. The flavor is still filling out but the clove is no where near as strong this time, which is a good thing.

I’m going to leave the beer in the keg for a week then begin to carbonate it next week. It will be ready for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I am working on Thanksgiving so I won’t be able to drink any till Saturday.

    I can’t wait for the pumpkin to be ready!! I got a small taste and it is quite good already. Love Pumpkin beer.

    Why do I crave been when I’m pregnant?!? It sounds so unbelievable delicious and I do not even like beer?!?
